The World Health Organization recommends adults get 150 to 300 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous activity every week. 150 makes hitting that goal effortless: using your Apple Watch heart-rate data, it counts your active minutes — also known as intensity minutes — minute by minute. Moderate minutes count once, vigorous minutes count double, all adding up toward your weekly target of 150.
No clutter. No accounts. Just your intensity minutes, at a glance.
