Densha Timer

Added sound and repeat controls to the Timer screen. You can now choose 6 or 12 stops, and the station sound buttons update automatically based on the number of stops. The Driving Calendar now supports previous and next month navigation. We also improved the default silent mode sound setting and fixed English layout issues on smaller iPhone screens.
