Urban SkyFit is the members app for Olga's coaching program out of Dubai. It is built for people who are tired of generic plans, gym apps full of features they will never use, and trainers who disappear between sessions. Inside the app: Your training week, laid out by date Olga writes your sessions directly into the app. You see what you are doing today, what is coming up, and where you have been. No more screenshots, no more guessing. Set logging that actually remembers Tap, log your reps, log your weight, optional notes per set. The next time the same exercise comes up the app shows you what you did last time, so you know whether to push or hold. RPE is optional. The numbers belong to you. Sessions, comments, progress Mark sessions complete when you finish. Add a quick note for Olga. She reads every one and can reply on the session or on the exercise. Body tracking when you want it Track weight, waist, hips, chest, thigh, and bicep measurements over time. Add progress photos. If you allow it, your daily step count syncs from Apple Health so your steps habit fills in on its own. All of it stays private to you and Olga. No social feed, no leaderboard, no comparison to strangers. Reminders that actually reach you Turn on notifications and the app tells you when Olga writes a new session or replies to you, so the coaching does not get lost in a browser tab. Off by default, on when you want it, gone when you turn it off. Calorie maths without the bloat A BMR and TDEE calculator built in. No subscription paywall, no upsell to a meal-plan service, just the numbers when you want them. What this is not This is not a generic gym app. It is not a meal-tracking diary. It is not a social network. It does not gamify your habits, sell you supplements, or push you toward calorie deficits you did not ask for. It is one coach, one programme, and the few tools you need to do the work. How it works After you sign up through Olga at urbanskyfit.com you receive a magic link to set your password. From there the app shows the program she has written for you. Every session you log, she can see. That is the whole loop. Privacy We collect what is needed to run the coaching relationship and nothing else. No analytics, no third-party trackers, no advertising IDs, no location tracking. The only optional extras are reading your daily step count from Apple Health (read only, never written back) and sending push reminders, both off until you turn them on.
