Tap Full, Low, or Drained, and the app surfaces a single task that fits your actual capacity at this moment — not the task list from your most optimistic Monday morning. ONE TASK. ONE WIN. REPEAT. The whole app is built around that loop. No multi-select overwhelm. No "today's 47 things" guilt view. Just one task, picked for you, right now. Finish it, and you get a small celebration, a quick streak update, and a fresh pick. Don't finish it? Nothing screams at you. There is no overdue badge anywhere in the app — by design. WHAT'S INSIDE • Energy Check-In — A three-way dial at the top of every session: Full, Low, or Drained. The whole task list is filtered to match what you can actually do in this moment. Full energy might unlock "draft the proposal"; Drained energy surfaces "rinse the mug in the sink." Both count. • Context-Aware Matching — Every task in your box is tagged with the energy it needs, an estimated duration (5 / 15 / 45 / 90 minutes), and an optional location. The app cross-references your current energy, the time on the clock, and where you are right now to pick the one task most likely to actually get done. • Guilt-Free Completion — Finished tasks vanish with a soft animation and a small confetti pulse. The achievement wall counts wins quietly, the way you'd want a friend to count them. • Quick Wins First — When you say "Low" or "Drained," the app biases toward tasks that take five minutes or less. The hardest part of any task is starting, and a five-minute finish is the most reliable way to break paralysis. One small win reliably leads to the next. • 100% Offline — No account, no email, no cloud sync, no analytics, no tracking pixels. Your tasks live in a local SQLite database on your device. If you uninstall the app, the data goes with it. There is no server to breach, because there is no server.
