Close your four Training Rings every day — Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats, and Movement. One simple daily loop. No complicated programs. Point your camera, start repping. The AI Camera Counter detects and counts every rep in real time — no tapping, no manual logging. Just train. — How it works — 1. Choose your Hero Class to set daily goals. 2. Tap a Strength Ring on the Today screen to open the Camera Counter. 3. Do your reps — the camera counts them live. 4. Movement syncs automatically from Apple Health (steps + distance). 5. Close all four rings to complete the day. — Weekly League — Compete in a weekly league inspired by Duolingo. Consistency wins — close your rings daily to climb from C-Class through B, A, and S-Class. Promotion and demotion happen every week based on completed days, not raw volume. — What's included — • AI Camera Counter for Push-ups, Sit-ups, and Squats • Apple Health movement sync (steps + walking/running distance) • Daily progress rings and history • Weekly league with tier promotion • Hero Class goal system (4 tiers) — Privacy — Rep counts are stored on your device. Apple Health data stays on-device. League standings use Firebase with minimal data. — OnePushMan Pro — OnePushMan requires a subscription to access all features. Start with a free 7-day trial.
