Each email is tailored to the recipient’s role, so owners, managers, and staff all get the right information in the right format. Seamless Staff Onboarding Inviting new team members is now fully guided. Staff receive a personalised invitation link, are walked through account setup, and land directly in your venue’s workspace with a welcome confirmation. Existing accounts are automatically recognised, removing any friction at sign-up. Scheduling & Shift Swap Notifications Staff are now notified automatically when they are added to a schedule or when a shift swap is requested or approved. This keeps your team informed without requiring managers to chase confirmations manually. In-App Chat with Images The team chat now supports image sharing, with photos stored securely in the cloud. You can share floor plans, setup photos, or event references directly inside a conversation thread. Reservation Confirmations, Reminders & Holds Guests receive automatic confirmation emails when a reservation is made, along with reminders ahead of their visit. Managers can place holds on reservations and track cover pacing to avoid overbooking during busy periods. CRM & Sales Tracking A new CRM view gives your sales team visibility into lead sources, revenue forecasts, and activity timelines — so nothing slips through the cracks between enquiry and event day. Reliability & Security Improvements A full security audit was completed as part of this release. Authentication, staff permissions, and data handling have all been hardened. Several edge cases identified during QA have been resolved to ensure a stable experience across all user roles.
