Description

MuscleMemo is a workout tracking app designed to quickly record weights, reps, and sets during training. You can check your daily workout plan from weekday-based routines or custom routines, and smoothly log your sets while viewing previous records. The app also supports copying previous weights and reps, estimated 1RM calculation, rest timers for each exercise, and viewing workout history by date. In addition to standard sets, MuscleMemo supports supersets, giant sets, unilateral exercises with separate left/right logging, and cardio tracking with time, distance, and speed. It also supports switching between kg and lb units, as well as routine viewing and workout logging on Apple Watch. MuscleMemo ver2 improves the Apple Watch experience and adds more detailed training analysis. You can now log sets more comfortably from Apple Watch, check previous records, and view estimated 1RM values. RPE tracking has also been added, allowing you to record not only weight and reps, but also how hard each set felt. With RPE-based estimated max calculations, you can better understand your training intensity and daily condition.
