RUN MODE
• Pick a distance, a goal time, a race pace, or HIIT intervals, and a voice coach talks you through it with live "pick it up" and "ease off" cues
• Outdoor or treadmill, with incline you set before you start or change mid-run
• Live mile splits, a finish-time prediction, and your route drawn on the map
• RunLock blocks TikTok, texts, and the rest for the whole run. Emergency calls always get through

• Control Apple Music or Spotify right from the run screen

Description
Stop scrolling. Start lifting.
Lockout is a workout timer that fights for your attention span. Run long on a rest period and it interrupts you instantly with a siren, an air horn, or an aggressive music switch, because you don't want it to. Turn on Total Lockout and every other app is blocked for the length of your workout. Phone down, head up, no Instagram between sets.
LIFT
• Structured sets-and-rest plans, or a one-tap freeform rest timer
• Loud interruptions when you run over on rest, and you choose how loud
• Total Lockout blocks distracting apps until your workout ends
