Lens shows you one number that matters today: how much you can actually spend.
It is not a budget. It is not a forecast. It is the answer to a simple question, recalculated with every transaction you log. After your bills are covered and your goals are funded, what is left for today?
That is the number Lens leads with. Everything else supports it.
THE DAILY NUMBER
You enter your income, your fixed bills, and your goals. Lens does the maths. The number on your home screen updates the moment you log a coffee, a bus fare, or a card payment. No spreadsheet gymnastics. No guessing whether you are on track.
FINANCIAL RUNWAY
Underneath the daily number, Lens shows how many months your liquid savings would cover at your current spending rate. Plain maths, no projections.
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Lens is privacy-first by architecture, not by promise. Your data lives in a local database on your device, protected at rest, and there is no account required to start. Lens has no cloud database of your finances and never sells your data. Most apps in this category send your transactions to their servers the moment you sign up. Lens does not. The only time anything leaves your phone is when you choose to use the optional AI features, which send what you ask to Google's Gemini to answer; Google states it does not use this to train its models, and Lens does not store it.

* Dark mode is properly on theme across heroes, FAB, quick add sheet, and Reports. No more washed out blues or hidden text.

A focused update with three big additions and a handful of polish fixes.
Multi-currency support. Track accounts and transactions in any of 30+ currencies. Live exchange rates from the European Central Bank update daily, and the converted amount appears beneath the field as you type so you see the figure before saving. Past transactions stay locked at the rate they were logged at, so your historical records don't shift around.
Annual view on Recurring. See the full yearly cost of every subscription, sorted by what hits hardest, with a clear total at the bottom.
Cleaner Transactions filters. One row of named chips for time, type, categories and amount. The new category picker shows per-category counts and tells you how many transactions will be visible before you apply.
Plus skip-for-now on onboarding, tightened visuals on the Today income card, and several smaller fixes.

A polish-and-fix update across the dashboard, Insights, paywall, and budget setup.
Insights this week chart: The seven-day sparkline now uses coloured dots at each day so you can tell at a glance which days went over or under your daily budget. Tap any dot for a quick summary.
Account picker rework: Account dropdowns now show "Provider (Type)" like "NatWest (Savings)" instead of generic names, and remember your most recently used account so the right one is pre-selected. Lists are alphabetised everywhere.
Goal celebrations: Confetti now fires whenever a goal hits 100 percent, no matter how you got there: adding a transaction, contributing manually, or letting a recurring item push it over the line. Background completions surface next time you visit the Goals tab.
Rate Lens: You can now leave a rating from Settings > Support, and Lens occasionally asks for a review after a satisfying moment like completing a goal.
Today screen, cleaner: Removed the Recent transactions block at the bottom of Today (the Transactions tab and the plus button cover that), renamed the budget alert card to "Watch this week", and de-duplicated the header on Insights.
Bug fixes: Decimal entry now works when splitting budgets across categories. Donut chart amounts no longer touch the ring edges. Monthly Report no longer overflows by a few pixels. Twelve previously failing tests fixed.
