Description
Faron is built around two promises.
The first: you will get stronger every week. The second: you will hit your nutrition goal as long as you follow the app. Both are the result of a single design philosophy. Progress is a system, not a hope.
PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, EVERY WEEK
Pick a day of the week. That is your overload day. Every week on that day, your suggested working weights or hold times climb by a percentage you choose, automatically. Per muscle group. Chest at one pace, calves at another. The progression is built into the schedule, so you cannot accidentally stagnate.
It works for everything you train.
Weightlifting. Barbell, dumbbell, smith machine, cable, machine. The classic compounds and the isolation work.
Calisthenics. Push-ups, pull-ups, pike push-ups, dips, muscle-ups, planche and handstand push-up progressions. Skill-based bodyweight work, tracked by reps + holds.
Cardio. Treadmill, bike, rower, jump rope, outdoor running. Track duration, watch it climb.
Home workouts. Bodyweight only, no equipment required. The full library works without ever stepping in a gym.
Faron does not just record what you did. It tells you what to lift, hold, or run next, based on what you cleared last time.
NUTRITION CALIBRATED TO YOU
The second promise. Faron uses your age, height, weight, goal weight, fitness goal, and training context to generate a daily calorie target and a full macro split using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation tuned to your activity level. After it generates, you see a projected weekly rate and a realistic goal date based on the math. No vibes-based estimates.
Cutting. The deficit is sized to your body, not a one-size-fits-all 500-calorie cut. You will lose fat at a sustainable rate and protect lean mass with the protein floor the app sets for you. The projection card tells you exactly what week you finish.
Bulking. The surplus is sized for clean gains. Protein hits the marker every day, carbs fuel the working sets, and the rate stays in the lane that adds size without adding more fat than you want to cut later.
Maintaining. Pull the surplus to zero and the same engine keeps you steady.
SAFETY RULE FOR USERS UNDER 18
For minors, the AI caps weight change at 1.2 lbs per week regardless of goal. The deficit or surplus is sized down so adolescents progress safely.
EVERYTHING ELSE THAT MAKES IT WORK
Smart Set Recommendations. Reps first, then weight. Once you clear the top of your rep range on every set, the next session bumps the weight and resets you to the bottom. Outside your overload day, weight steps up at most once per week.
Per-Exercise Charts. 1RM, total volume, average weight, average reps. For timed work: best hold, total time, average hold. Weekly dividers mark every overload day so you can see the line climbing.
AI Meal Generator. Free-text any context (body fat percent, dietary preference, allergies) and the AI factors it in. Generate meal ideas from ingredients you already bookmarked.
Five Native Widgets. Streak, weight, calories, water, today's workout. Each deep-links into the right screen.
Five Languages, Two Unit Systems, Three Themes. English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese. Imperial or metric. Light, dark, or system.

Pick a weekly overload day. Your target weights climb by your chosen percentage, per muscle group, automatically. Use one global rate or fine tune chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, quads, hamstrings, glutes, abs, forearms, and calves independently.
SMART SETS
Faron tells you the next weight and rep target on every set, based on your last sessions. Outside the overload day, weights step up at most once per week and only if your previous set landed strong.
AI NUTRITION
Generate calorie and macro goals tuned to your exact profile. Add free text context the AI factors in, then see a projected weekly rate and goal date the moment the numbers come back.
