No wearables needed. — 5 WORKOUT MODES — - Standard: classic set-by-set counting with rest timers - AMRAP: as many reps as possible in a set time - EMOM: every minute on the minute interval training - Tabata: high-intensity interval push-up sets - Challenge: custom challenges to push your limits — DAILY STREAKS & LEVELS — Build a streak by working out every day. Watch your level rise from Beginner through Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert, Elite, Master, all the way to Legend.
