PLAN YOUR TRAINING
Build weekly routines from scratch or start with a proven template — PPL, 5/3/1, Arnold Split, Bro Split, and more. Set target sets, reps, and rest times for each exercise. Alternate between two routines with automatic A/B weekly rotation, so your training stays varied without any manual switching.
LOG EVERY SET
Track reps, weight, RPE, RIR, and notes for every set. The built-in rest timer works on the lock screen and in full-screen mode, keeping you moving between sets. Resume any session exactly where you left off — even if you close the app. Long-press to copy sets from a previous session so you never start from scratch.
