Monthly at £9.99 per month. Annual at £79.99 per year. Lifetime at £149.99 as a one time payment.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
