Bloat Gone helps you follow the Low FODMAP diet with less guesswork. Check foods, track meals and IBS symptoms, follow diet phases, and create reports you can share with your doctor or dietitian.
Managing IBS, SIBO, bloating, and food reactions can feel confusing. Bloat Gone helps you bring the important pieces together: what you ate, how much you ate, which phase you are in, what symptoms appeared, and which foods may deserve a closer look.
