Lift By Oarca : Gym Exercise is your all-in-one strength and fitness companion. Create custom workout routines, log every set and rep in the gym, and watch your progress over time with body measurements and progress photos. No clutter, no guesswork — just a clear view of what to do today and what you did last time.
SEE WHAT YOU DID LAST TIME — RIGHT WHEN IT MATTERS
One of the biggest frustrations in the gym is forgetting what you lifted the last time on an exercise. With Lift By Oarca, that problem is solved. As soon as you start a workout and move to an exercise, you see exactly what you did on that same exercise in your previous sessions — sets, reps, and weights — directly on the screen. No digging through notes or memory. You know at a glance whether to add weight, match last time, or back off. It keeps you progressive and consistent, rep after rep, week after week.
A WORKOUT LOGGING SCREEN THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
We put a lot of thought into the in-workout experience. The logging screen you use during your session is built to be fast and clear: add sets, enter reps and weight, start the rest timer, and move on. Everything stays visible — your current sets for that exercise, your rest countdown, and the option to skip rest or finish the workout later. The flow is smooth so you can stay in the zone instead of fighting the app. Many users tell us this is the part that made them stick with the app.
BUILD YOUR ROUTINES
Create the routines that match your goals — Push, Pull, Legs, full-body, or cardio. Add exercises from the library, filter by muscle group (chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, core), and assign days so you always know what’s coming. Schedule your training days and see upcoming and completed workouts at a glance. You can create multiple routines and, with more capacity, unlock as many as you need so every training style is covered.
TRAIN SMARTER
Start a workout from any routine and log sets, reps, and weight as you go. The built-in rest timer keeps you on track between sets. Your current sets are always in view, and if you need to leave, you can save and pick up later. Combined with the instant view of your previous performance on each exercise, you get a complete in-gym experience: know what you did, log what you do, and rest when you need to.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Record body weight, body fat, BMI, and body measurements — neck, shoulder, chest, arm, waist, hips, legs, calf — and follow them over time with clear graphs. Save progress photos and compare them in your personal gallery. See your workout history so you can spot trends and stay motivated. With expanded features, you get full measurement and progress charts, a lifting volume chart by day, week, month, or year, unlimited progress photos, and a complete exercise history so every past workout for each exercise is at your fingertips.
MORE TOOLS WHEN YOU NEED THEM
Unlimited routines let you build as many plans as you need. The full exercise library and muscle-group body map help you target the right areas and discover new exercises. Cloud sync keeps your data consistent across all your devices so you can train anywhere. All of this is designed to grow with you — start with the basics and unlock more as your training gets more serious.
