Kraft now syncs two ways with Apple Health:
• Your workouts count everywhere — every workout you finish in Kraft is saved to Apple Health, complete with duration, distance, and estimated calories, so your rings get the credit.
• Bring your training history with you — runs, rides, swims, and workouts recorded on your Apple Watch or other apps appear right in your Kraft history and analytics, clearly labeled with their source.
• Full history import — connect once, and Kraft imports your entire Apple Health workout history, so your stats look complete from day one.
• Body weight, synced both ways — weigh-ins logged in Kraft appear in Apple Health, and weights from your smart scale flow into your Kraft progress charts.
• You're in control — choose exactly what syncs in Settings → Apple Health, and disconnect anytime.

• Monthly and yearly recaps now shine for cardio-focused training, with clearer stats when there's no lifting volume to show.
