When a lead texts back, the banner shows their name, their photo when we have one, and the message itself, instead of a generic "New Lead Response". Works on the lock screen and in Notification Center. • Hot Lead Race cleanup. When another rep claims a race, the race banner and the lock-screen card both disappear on their own within seconds. No stale Claim buttons, no consolation banner. If you tapped Claim but lost, you still see who got there quicker. • In the app during a race: the in-app race banner and the Unclaimed list now update the moment someone else claims, instead of waiting for the next refresh.
