CONVERSATIONS HAPPEN THROUGH LETTERS - You write a letter and send it to the other person. - The thread is locked until the other person replies. - If they don’t reply before next Thursday, the thread is archived. - If they reply, the thread remains open without time limits. This helps reduce pressure and encourages a more thoughtful exchange. MULTIPLE CONVERSATIONS You can talk to several people at once — always one message per thread. This rhythm invites care in each letter. YOUR FIRST LETTER MATTERS A meaningful first letter can open real doors. Avoid plain “hi” messages.
