This app was originally designed to report sightings of Myki ticket inspectors, but it has since been completely redesigned with a new purpose and set of features. It now functions as a public transport companion app that helps commuters by providing real-time updates, user-submitted alerts (such as service delays or disruptions), and general transit-related information to enhance safety and awareness during daily travel.
The app no longer promotes fare evasion in any form. Its current design focuses on supporting responsible commuting through community-sourced insights, similar to apps that provide traffic or public safety updates.
The app now serves as a public transport companion tool that provides users with real-time alerts, updates, and important information related to their commute. It includes features such as community-reported alerts (e.g., delays, service changes, and incidents), location-based updates, and a cleaner user interface focused on improving the public transport experience for commuters.
