Description

Myworkout 4x4 is the cardio exercise solution for adults who want a time-efficient way to live in good health with freedom from lifestyle diseases. Brought to you by the creators of the Norwegian 4x4 method. Just over 30 minutes of exercise, twice a week, is all it takes. • Prevent common lifestyle diseases such as Diabetes, Parkinson's, and Arthritis to name a few. • Based on established and peer-reviewed science. • Measure and improve your VO2 max with accuracy far superior to current smartwatches and close to that of a calibrated lab test. • Import workouts from Apple Health, Fitbit, Polar, and Garmin. NOTES Guided Norwegian 4x4 workouts are a Premium feature. A monthly recurring premium subscription is required for premium features and is available as an in-app purchase once you have registered an account. The subscription will automatically renew each month and will be charged through your app store account unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your app store account settings. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed. If you are eligible for a free trial period, payment will be charged to your app store account as soon as it has expired. If not, then it will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Patients with cardiovascular disease should consult a physician before engaging in high intensity interval training. The app uses your phone's GPS to track your position during use. Continued usage of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Myworkout 4x4 can be used to both export activities to and import activities from Apple Health.

Go to Profile > Activity Settings > Cooldown duration and set what fits you best. • Smarter active breaks Active breaks can now be extended up to 6 minutes maximum. This keeps the workout aligned with the 4x4 protocol and helps prevent your heart rate from dropping too low between intervals. • More accurate stage visuals Workout stage indicators now resize correctly when you extend or skip warmup, active break, or cooldown to better match what is actually happening. • Heart rate announcements fixed Heart rate is no longer announced twice at the start of each stage. Keep the feedback coming. Many of these fixes and improvements came directly from your suggestions and it really helps us shape the app.
