Live Activity! Now when you work out Built starts a live activity so if you leave the app you can easily get back to tracking. We also made the whole app a little bit faster and simplified the set tracking form along with a few small visual improvements.
Description
Built is the best way to track your strength training workouts. Our streamlined approach focuses on the three pillars of progressive overload: weight, reps, and time.
By focusing on tracking your progress instead of complex diagrams that show you how to do a pushup, you can spend more time working out and less time clicking around.
