Description
Desde la app ConVive Madrid Alquila puedes consultar los datos más relevantes de tu contrato de alquiler en tiempo real: renta, vigencia, titulares, recibos, facturación, etc. A través de esta tienes también acceso al soporte documental para consultar tu contrato y otros documentos relacionados.
Desde esta app puedes comunicar incidencias relativas a tu vivienda, hacer seguimiento de su avance y valorar su resolución. Además, encontrarás información general de tu promoción (zonas comunes, tablón de anuncios, etc.).
La app ConVive Madrid Alquila está dirigida a los inquilinos y residentes de las promociones del Lote 3 del Plan Vive de la Comunidad de Madrid, en la que Tarvos Activos Inmobiliarios, SAU actúa como concesionario y Sogeviso es el gestor del alquiler.
