Description

*** The Fixie app can only be accessed and used by VanMoof partners *** Fixie is VanMoof’s tool for mechanics. Use the app to connect to a VanMoof, diagnose any issues and resolve them. Only mechanics at VanMoof partner locations can access Fixie via their partner account. Garage: * An overview of all the VanMoof rides in repair at your workshop * Connect to a VanMoof by selecting it from the list, or by scanning the frame number * View all the VanMoof’s information like owner, model, firmware version and usage stats * Access all settings to diagnose issues and repair them * Register replaced parts and make sure they work correctly Invite: * Invite riders to share their digital keys with you by scanning your personal QR code * Share the QR code or URL in any way you want Supported bike models: * VanMoof S5 & A5 * VanMoof S4 & X4 * VanMoof S3 & X3 * VanMoof S2 & X2 * VanMoof Electrified S & X * VanMoof Smart S & X * VanMoof Smartbike

S6 swaps: now supporting MainECU swap and improved Power Control swap flow. S6 battery max charge: you can now view and adjust the max charge limit (80-100%) set by S6 riders. S6 bug fix: Resolved an issue where Fixie incorrectly flagged a firmware update as required. Connectivity: Added clear error messaging when Bluetooth permissions are denied. We've also added S6 bike images and improved the S6 Firmware and Heartbeat actions. Plus, we fixed the bug where S6 swaps incorrectly opened the S5 firmware flow. Dear Partners, We’re excited to bring support for our newest VanMoof model, the S6, to Fixie: - Repair mode: like all other bike models the S6 works with the Repair mode. With the VanMoof app, riders must share their bike with you so that you can service it. - Connect & diagnose: You can now connect to the S6 and check its health with heartbeats. - Component firmware: View individual components firmware version and update firmware for the entire bike. - Unlock & Repair: Unlock the S6, check button presses, define unlock code when needed. - Swap Flow: including Handlebar ECU swap only for now. This first S6 release ensures that all VanMoof partners can start servicing the S6 efficiently, with the familiar Fixie experience. Finally, we've fixed some bugs that were introduced with the release of iOS 26.

Get started by scanning the MAC address. - We’ve added better error messages to the Main ECU swap action for the S5 & A5. - You can now check the firmware version of the User ECU of the S5 & A5, which was missing for a mysterious reason until now. - If you have trouble logging in, you now get better feedback on what’s wrong, so we can help you better. - Cleaned up and updated the prefixes when you manually type in a Bike ID.
