Every time I have gone here the staff is very friendly. always nice and quiet, clean and I always feel rejuvenated leaving. The rooms are very well kept and clean. Lots of extra towels - everything you could need. the most extremely relaxing I’ve ever been. I always recommend friends to go to this place.

I honestly can’t imagine going back to the way things were before I had this. I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know lately. Deep down, I kind of wish I could keep it a secret and have it all to myself! 😄

SweatHouz on Collier Blvd is hands down the best recovery spot in Naples. The private suites are modern, sleek, and incredibly clean, giving you total peace and privacy for your session. The combination of the infrared sauna, the refreshing cold plunge, and finishing up with the Vitamin-C shower leaves you feeling completely reset, energized, and clear-headed. The staff is top-notch—super welcoming and helpful from the second you walk through the door. If you’re looking to boost your wellness or fitness routine, this place is worth every minute!

Pros-staff is friendly,accommodating and sincere. Facility is clean and well maintained. The contrast is amazing. Sauna is well designed. Love the cold plunge tub. Shower is lovely. Parking is appreciated. Cons. Need more than 30 seconds (usually less) to undress an really get 60 minutes of therapy. Same in the end time. Suites 7 and 8 are configured so one cannot see the clock without turning around while in the tub. Overall, not a better way to spend an hour.

I try to book a session having bought a pass and each time I try to book, it tells me I need to pay for the session

I don’t think anyone who worked on this app has used it. I can not manage my appointment or even give them my money 🫠

I bought a package, but it doesn't show up in the app. I call the number, and it fails. I text the number, it bounces back. There is no way to contact the franchise. The whole situation is frustrating. The app should make this process easier, not harder.

So glad I joined this place YEARS ago! It is a definite improvement to my life and health, in general.

Besides this being an incredible hour of self care, Kai just made my first experience at SWTHZ beyond expectations. Kai was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, extraordinarily kind…and super supportive during the following days when I had a ton of questions. I’m now a fan of SWTHZ, and Kai!

Jay always takes care of me. The other managers have also been very quick to fix any issues. I love coming here during training and rehabbing

I can easily and simply book my session in two seconds with the app. It’s straight to the point and exactly what an app should be.

I went to Sweathouz the first time and was blown away by how I felt like I was a totally different person after. It was immediately after I had to have our hot yoga studio partner with them for recovery.

Great place but would love to see more LMNT sparkling cans sold on premise….;)

Chapel Hill,NC This was incredibly refreshing and the perfect way to start my week. I’m so happy I finally booked this session! Establishment was clean and calming. I loved having the suite to myself and being able to watch a movie, it made the experience even more relaxing. The sauna timer was perfect, and the Vitamin C shower was definitely my favorite, so refreshing. The cold plunge will have to grow on me, but I made it 2 minutes! Samantha was AMAZING, very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll definitely be back monthly for a reset.

I’m not sure that I expected just how much I’d enjoy the experience of contrast therapy. I do. It’s calming. I’m a triathlete who underwent extensive knee surgery. Recovery has been rough both physically and emotionally. SweatHouz helps on both fronts. I cannot express how nice Montvale’s SweatHouz really is. It’s impeccably clean and the staff is just extraordinary. They are all kind and personable. They pay attention to details and it is a luxurious experience. I cannot recommend it enough.

Wish you could see how many sessions you’ve used in your “month” renewal every 30 days to manage how many session you have left etc., that would be really beneficial for members!

SWTHZ is an awesome place to unwind, relax, do something good for your body and mind and SET YOURSELF FREE for 60 minutes from all the stress and anxiety in life!! To come out happy, refreshed, and the sleep you will experience that night is better than any med!!

The app is so helpful and useful and convenient along with the studio. Great customer service great energy from employees. You can tell the leader controls the weather and sunshine is the weather. Shout out West Village Dallas, Texas. Especially the head manager there, along with nicknamed “ V “ and Erich. I could go on and on raving about them.

The staff is friendly, and the facility is nice! Personal rooms which allow a spa like treatment and relaxation for the visit. I’m booked for the month.

This is my heaven. I’m so grateful someone decided to allow us out here away from downtown Austin to have contrast therapy. Thank you with all my being.

I purchased a a promo code session through their own app, applied it to my session and when checking in they said I couldn’t use it. If there are certain dates that this could only be used then list them or don’t allow a customer to book. In the end it should have been an issue between store owner and corporate but instead I had to deal with their mistakes by driving an hour one way for nothing.

My husband and I both frequent SweatHouz and love the ease to book on the app, the amenities and appreciate the helpful staff + texting feature.

I’m very happy with my experience at Swthz! Can’t wait until my next visit!
