By setting up people's appointments in columns, it becomes easy to get a good overview of when people are busy or have free time to participate. A column can contain a certain person's appointments or, for example, who has meal days or information about homework. It could also be that a column shows who uses a shared holiday home or who is at work in a shop. Everyone can customize their calendar and show exactly the columns they need. Another advantage of using columns is that each person (or each room, rental house or type of agreement) can have its own column. If there are several people who use the calendar together, you can choose who should be able to see the column and who should be able to change the appointments in the column. This means that you can have some columns that only you can see, and others that you share with those you make agreements with. History You can always follow who creates or changes an agreement. Fixed options One of the functions that we have developed, which makes it even easier to use the calendar, is that in a special type of column you can only choose from a few fixed options. This could be, for example, if a family needs to keep track of who picks up the children. Then, with a single click, you can choose whether it will be mother, father, grandmother or another person who collects that day. Or if you share a holiday apartment, you can choose between the different people who use the apartment. Easy and simple Another difference between this and other calendars is that many calendars can do a lot of things that you rarely or never need. This makes them complicated to use in everyday life. We try to offer the functions you use every day, and therefore the calendar will be very simple to use. Events We've also made it easy to create events that happen every year. It can be birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other things worth remembering. The columns work as follows: Instead of showing all appointments in one day, we divide the appointments by topic. Each topic is displayed in a column and by lining up the columns next to each other you can quickly get an overview of the day's deals. Only the imagination sets limits, and you can create as many columns as you want. We also have a function that makes it even easier to create your agreements. You can choose that agreements in a column should only be able to contain certain values. It could be, for example, that in the column ""Meal days"" you will be able to choose between family members. Then, with two clicks, you can quickly choose who will cook for the day in question.
