Just one problem, I don’t think it’s necessary for when you lose all hp, get another chance, and when you die again you have to start ALL over. Great game only wish it had controller support
Castle of Illusion is a really great game. I bought the iOS port when it was first released it then went without an update for a long period of time. I began to fear the developer had abandoned the app and it would not be compatible with iOS 11. The app was fortunately updated to remain compatible with future iOS releases I just wish it had controller support I’d love to use my Backbone One with it for gaming. Please add controller support next update.

Controller Support Missing
I was surprised when I found out I couldn’t use my PS5 controller like I do with most games like this. Makes the experience of playing on my iPad much more uncomfortable. This should have been updated to work with controllers. It plays okay, but I always have issues with my hands sliding away from the appropriate touchscreen areas for the controls. Save points are a bit far from each other, so I die and lose progress frequently, which takes the fun out of the game quite a bit.

I love this game, I wish I could give more details but I don’t know what to say. I’ve played this game on and off for about a month now, and while I love the story and the graphics a lot, one of the controls needs SERIOUS work. There are so many times I try use the jump button that is on the right of the screen and it either does nothing at all, or it thinks I’m moving the joystick that’s on the opposite side. Mickey castle of illusion is a really fun and adventurous game but it’s really hard and frustrating! My 12yr old daughter loves this game and she finds it so much better to pass the time then other stuff like TikTok,YouTube…etc Anyways, I recommend this for your kids it’s an awesome game with a great challenging gameplay, and its so child friendly (hence Mickey mouse)
