1. Programmes - Ananda’s wellness Programmes range from Detox & Cleansing, Weight Loss and Fitness, Hormonal Balance, Stress Management, Rejuvenation and Immunity Enhancement, Spiritual Awareness. Ananda also addresses Chronic ailments including Digestive Disorders, Cardiac, respiratory, diabetes and related issues, chronic pain, auto immunie issues etc.
2. Consultations and Diagnostics - Access to consultations and diagnostic assessments with experts from the fields of Ayurveda, Yoga, Physiotherapy, TCM, and Emotional therapy
3. Wellness Planning tools - Access to Daily and Weekly wellness planners (available for confirmed programme participants)
4. Wellness content - Ongoing tips and guidelines from wellness experts through curatd articles, and videos
5. On demand wellness sessions - Yoga, meditation and pranayama sessions on demand (paid content)
