3. Non-VIP import CSV data is limited to 300 bills/each time, VIP has no limitation;
4. Non-VIP can not export CSV data, VIP has no limitation;
5. Non-VIP bill password lock function is unlimited and weak encryption, VIP is unlimited and strong encryption;
