Description
"Metro Bilbao LS Interpretazioa" es una aplicación que Metro Bilbao pone a disposición de las personas sordas para garantizar la accesibilidad a las comunicaciones desde los interfonos de su red de estaciones.
Esta aplicación podrá ser fácilmente descargada por los usuarios leyendo el código QR que se encuentra en cada interfono de las estaciones. Una vez descargada, introduciendo en la app el código de identificación del interfono ante el que se encuentra la persona sorda, podrá llamar al servicio de vídeo interpretación para establecer comunicación con el Puesto de Mando al que dicho interfono se encuentra asociado.
Esta App ha sido pensada y diseñada para su uso en smartphones y tabletas con sistema operativo iOS 7.X o superior que dispongan de cámara frontal.
El uso de la aplicación "Metro Bilbao LS Interpretazioa" requiere hacer uso de una conexión de datos 3G/4G/5G.
