I purchased a bundle of decks and did not receive it. When I contacted Apple support about getting a refund, they refused despite me not getting what I paid for and I cannot find any customer service to ask for my money back

Paid for the app and still almost no packs, a lot of unknown people in the packs and no “easy” packs. Most of the rounds there were 15+ skips, and the packs are extremely expensive, wish I could do a refund even though it was only 3 bucks

This is not worth being a pay-to-download
For an app that costs money to download and then also has in-app purchases, it’s clunky and badly optimized. On my recently purchased, brand new IPhone 16 it lags and freezes. From me and my friends attempts to play this, I couldn’t find and figure out how to customize things like guessing time, amount of rounds to play and so on. As a matter of fact I couldn’t find any settings at all if there were any. This could be due to previously mentioned problems. But in my opinion, If the app can’t run even decently, It should NOT be a pay-to-download. Only good critique I have is that the 8 sta

Some of the decks are a bit "American" so there can be a few passes in some decks - Thus it would be really good to have an option to control the play time. Also custom decks need some mechanism to transfer to other devices (cloud backup maybe?). Otherwise a really fun game for small gatherings.

It's way too easy to loose your recordings. Even when I chose to save it to camera roll it didn't get saved and when I chose to send it by mail I received an empty mail. Now I can't get that video back... :(

The instructions says that you can play on a 3GS, but because I don't have a front camera I am not able to play... It doesn't happen anything after "place on forehead"... So I've just spent money on something that isn't working.
