Qualitor software is a complete software package driven to what is known as service management. It is suitable to be used in the areas of Service-desk/Help-desk, Customer care/Ombudsman Offices or Shared Services Center. Qualitor Mobile for iOS is part of Qualitor Software, with the outstanding advantage of mobility. Compatible with iPhones and iPads. Requires licensing for Qualitor software. It brings the following major resources: • Access to requests to be worked by technicians or agents, as incidents, service requests and tasks as well • Viewing of client data including address shown in map • Capture of geo localization of technicians and agents (shown instantly in Qualitor software) • Sorting of requests based on many criteria • Recording of activities within requests (follow-ups) including activity type and spent time per activity • Viewing of complete history of activities (history of requests) • Actions can be performed to handle steps in processes and workflows requests • Check-lists and custom fields available, configurable as optional or mandatory, as defined in Qualitor software • Upload and viewing of attachments (photos, images and voice recordings)
