Just pure annoying
They play recommendations instead of the song you chose is just annoying. No one wants to listen to random music when they have a song in mind. This will make your downfall even worse than it already is. Even the shuffle option doesn’t include the songs in the album or playlist you chose. It chooses random songs and just before it pkays a song from the album, an add pops up. This is pure annoying. Definitely won’t recommend downloading.

Good app but needs more care
I’m enjoying the app since 2019 but I noticed a couple of issues that aren’t fixed yet even with the continuous updates.. first the desktop app needs more work regarding compatibility and less resources consumption because it’s still heavy and unstable sometimes, also uploading music from my PC is a nightmare sometimes and i have to rename or modify the original file details to make it work which is weird. Another thing to note is the sound quality of the uploaded songs is very compressed and sometimes can’t listen to that low quality sound.. The mobile App is good (only when you’re subscribed

What a waste
I had written another more positive review but I was very annoyed with the feedback. The problem was that I couldn’t play the songs I wanted. I would click the song over and over again but it would end up being another song that I didn’t know. The reply was : These options are available to Anghami+ Members. I am furious. I always listen to the radio in the car, and I always have the choice to choose whatever channel I want. This is HORRIBLE. If Anghami tells me to purchase the “plus” I will delete the app and leave a review that will break Anghamis little or no heart. Whatever, fix the issue

I honestly love Anghami, and it’s definitely my favorite music app. You have all the small but very important features such as searching inside an artist’s profile, where you have added the like button on the screen, and the feature to “play more like this”, your Arabic music library, and many other things that make my music experience wonderful. However, I wish you would improve your English and other language music/songs library. If you would take on our music recommendations faster or actually follow up on our music suggestions/ requests that would make a 100 times better💜

Shuffle and Sorting songs by artists
I really like the app, i can find all of the songs that i listen to, but i really hate the fact that it dosent save my shuffle setting, when i start listening to music and i want to shuffle in my playlist, i have to enable shuffle every single time. This feature is so annoying i hope u guys fix it. And yeah i hope if the team can add another way of sorting the songs, i dont really like the one that groups the artists in a folder, i want it to be like all the songs are available in the same folder but an artists songs are like on top of each other, i hope that u got my idea.

I’ve been using anghami since it launched, and found it really good with enormous platform. But when you tried to force people to subscribe, the way you did it is unpleasant and made great number of users to uninstall the app. I know that you there are many people who subscribed. DO NOT FALL FOR THE 1 WEEK FREE TRIAL (anghami plus). After the 1 week they start charging you instantaneously and its so hard to cancel your subscription (which shouldn't be there in the first place). For me, i had to go to telecom line that i use to stop this disgusting transaction. At first i used anghami without the plus and its filled with ads you cant enjoy anything and it starts doing some weird stuff like playing songs that aren't in your playlist ect.., but when you buy the plus, works like magic and it all disappears.

A great platform with faulty strategies in attracting customers
Dear Anghami team, You have an amazing platform with a very attractive appeal and features. However, your methods in attracting people or providing them with features that are important to why they chose your application and then locking those feature thinking that this will encourage them to subscribe is an extremely inefficient strategy. I've been using anghami since u launched it but you are keep changing things and make it only on anghami plus ,, i mean come on i cant play my music in the order i want unless I purchased anghami plus????!!!!! U are just after money ,, 6 of my friends deleted the app because of that ,, and u are losing more users and im one of them ... Can’t play MY PLAYLIST
The app was great but with the new update it lost its point. I don’t mind that they blocked the repeat and rewind but when I can’t listen to my own playlist now that's really annoying and made the app basically useless. When I play a song in my playlist, the next songs played after are suggestions songs by the app. NOT THE SONGS THAT I LIKED OR IN MY PLAYLIST THAT I WANT TO LISTEN TO. So I don’t know whats the point of an app if you can’t listen to what you want to, and how its different from listening to the radio.

It won’t continue my own songs in my Playlist
I used to enjoy anghami so much, but since the update; anything I play from my likes or to my own playlist it doesn’t continue to the next song... it plays another random the app chooses for me. Why is it like that? So, we can pay money for the anghami plus... that I don’t want.

Shame.
I have been using Anghami since like forever and it was awesome! But come on!! Are you even serious? Blocking the same song unless playing it after 20 mins? Really?? Just stop making it for free then! I don’t get it! You were number one and now you’re just after money, I wanted to subscribe to anghami plus because I loved anghami, but now you just faded. You lost a user.

Why i can’t go forward or backward while listening ?
This is very big problem for me, i can’t move forward or backward while i am listening like before! What happened ? This is a bad update! please solve this problem in the new update cause it made me not to use this amazing app and i am waiting for months to solve it but you never! And please make the advertisement less than it now or put the choice of close it if we don’t want to see all of it
