Super Glitchy 🤬

I cannot stress enough how ANNOYING the current state of this app. It’s convenient, BUT it’s almost impossible to browse without getting a high blood pressure. Probably have given someone a stroke already. It refreshes, lags, and crashes so much. I almost always just close the app without bothering to buy the items I wanted. I’m 1000% sure that Hobby Lobby’s sales would skyrocket if they fix this app. UX is horrific.

Flashing and glitchy

The search product results continue to flash on and off and automatically returns to the top of the search list and will not allow you to scroll items to find what you want. Even when you’re able to select a product, the item page does the same thing. This app never did this until recently.

Hobby lobby- I always have and always will love you , but pretty please hire some 20-something computer science major to fix this app. The interface is super buggy and very difficult to navigate, I’ll open a page just for it to glitch out and return back to the home page, I can’t save items easily because the touch sensitivity is off, etc. I promise a high-tech teenager could help y’all fix this app.

Bad service . I purchased a gift card for $14 plus $1 shipping charge through your app . I never received an email acknowledging the payment or purchase of the gift card . The only proof I have is the text message from the credit card where you deducted the money. I filled out a claim with the app , but got no response back from them . This is not very helpful. Will someone, somewhere in your organization, help me?

Glitchy

It was very glitchy and hard to use. The app kept un-favoriting and taking out my items from my cart and wishlist as well as the search bar not working. It only takes pay-pal which was somewhat frustrating for me but not a big issue and I just wish they would make it easier to search and browse, maybe show the yard length of yarn underneath the main page instead of having to click on and search for specific description each time. Still love Hobby-lobby just wish the app was a bit better and more functional.

Who designed this app??

Hobby Lobby is frikin awesome and it’s sooo fun to go to in person. The website and or app on the other hand is so bad. It’s like it was all just thrown together and everything is so oddly placed and buggy. And it’s been this way for years. I literally wonder if the creators of it have actually tested their product as if they were a customer. Whether you’re trying to find something specific or you just want to hop on the app and browse like you’re in stores, it’s just a mess. If it gave the isle for the item in the store, it would be perfect!!

I love how the app tells you if it’s available online or at the store but why can’t it give the isle number that tells you where it is at the store?? Other stores do it? I go into the store trying to find the item but have to find someone that works there and they take me somewhere I never would have thought to go to get it!?! Please add this!!!
