We understand that introducing an In-App Purchase in a paid game can bring mixed feelings, and we are very sorry to make some of you feel that way. We were really scared here in the studio to introduce the first IAP as well. However, we want you all, our awesome BADLAND fans, to understand that creating new unique BADLAND content is really, really hard work and time consuming (it takes about 3 man-months to create 10 new levels) and, thus, it becomes harder and harder to justify the creation of new levels for free. We still would like to believe that new actual content is valuable, not just diamonds and virtual currency, but the vote for that is ultimately in your hands. We believe that there are plenty of players who still want new content and we want to keep on bringing it. Please also consider that we have brought so far 50 additional levels (43 single player levels and 7 multiplayer levels) for free in the previous updates. That's double the amount of content there was in the initial version of BADLAND back in April 2013. That said, we are still definitely going to bring free content updates as well. Don't worry. We hope you all understand. We are working hard to provide you new BADLAND content and want to keep on doing so. And, btw, we have something new in the works too... Lost all progress when changed to new phone

I was about to finish all levels on my old iPhone and, when I changed to a new one, game installation (using the same account) did not retrieve the previous achievements. Not even with iCloud sync. Absolutely deceiving. The game might be great, but if this kind of things happen, in the end it's rubbish.
