Minor revision to handling of files that have been downloaded via Safari under the latest versions of iOS

This release is a substantial update to earlier versions, including: new menu item on the opening screen providing access to facilities including file downloading, file adding, program settings and help. A new Getting Started guide is included on the home page. The Contents list (document outline) has been improved for multi-level outlines. The built-in catalog support has been updated and a wider range of image formats supported.

There is a new Recent Files list icon, to allow selection of recently opened files and fast switching between opened files. When a file is opened, the position in the file is tracked, so next time the file is viewed/re-opened it will display the page last viewed, thus retaining context. The Contents button has been replaced with a list icon. Support for https addresses has been added, with special support for Dropbox-defined links in downloads and within catalog xml files. The grid element used in catalog display has been amended to use the iOS library version.

iOS Universal version (i.e. support for iPhones added), otherwise functionality is unchanged from previous versions. Includes minor bugfix to grid/list display with iOS9.

Support for nested catalogs - now a catalog can contain catalogs as well as individual documents. Support for Open in... for downloaded DRMZ files, e.g. Open in... from Safari or Dropbox

Enhancements to the PDF reader facilities include: 1. Annotations: support for adding, moving, editing and deleting annotations (notes) - these notes can be added to any document (secured or standard PDFs) at any location on the page. The notes can be added by a 'long touch' on the page of interest or by touching the Notes icon in the toolbar (thus entering "notes" mode) and then touching the page - notes have titles and text content. Saved notes are added to a list of available notes. Multiple notes per page are permitted. Notes can be viewed via the CONTENTS button (Notes option - select from the icons on the bottom of the list) or via the multi-page view icon and then touching the green tab(filters all pages with notes). Users can switch between notes mode, highlighting mode and standard touch mode via the icons in the reader toolbar 2. Bookmarks: The existing bookmarks feature has been enhanced, as per annotation, with named bookmarks that are added by touching the bookmark icon. These are similar to notes but there is only one bookmark per page and they use a blue tab to show bookmarks that have been added. They can be accessed via the multi-page option (filtered if required) and via the bookmarks tab on the CONTENTS button 3. Highlighting: A new "yellow highlighter" facility has been added that enables regions of the page to be marked up with a pale yellow highlight Enhancements to the Catalog facility: 1. Support for additional catalog format (xmlz files). This new file format is an obfuscated xml format, thereby making the contents of the xml catalog not directly viewable by end users 2. File refresh: support for File refresh - like the existing cover refresh facility but applies to the current file - for authorized files this re-downloads the same file with no requirement for a new authorization code 3. Correct handling of very large catalogs in both grid and list views (mainly a cover refresh issue)
