No option to create an account
I agree with Liam. N 2012, when you open the app you’re immediately slapped with a Sign in option and no other options, I downloaded the app to play games on my iPad that are not in the App Store, why would I download it to sign into my PC. If I wanted to play on my PC i would download the app ON MY PC. So no I can’t rate you properly if you don’t give me the option to PLAY THE FREAKING GAME.

Not automatically logged into Store within the app
Why is it that when I open a link to the Steam Store from an ad or web link, it opens in the Steam app where I am not logged in to the store, even though I am logged in to the app? It shows my profile picture etc, but says I must log in to add to wishlist. When I try to login, it fails with this error: Error There was an error communicating with the Steam servers. Please try again later.

Most of it seems like AI, if it isn’t then just incompetent. €3 was stolen from my in app wallet and they did nothing to assist. (I have 2 fac auth and this did absolutely nothing to prevent them from stealing my money) Despite the issue being on their side, with me not permitting anything, they shrugged it off and tried to gaslight me into it being my fault. The app wallet is not safe. I would not personally recommend buying anything on this platform (steam, regardless of the device).

Major improvements
Initially when this app was updated to this new sleek look it was impossibly slow and didn’t cater to swipe back and forward iPhone users. After using it today I am really impressed with how seamless everything is. Load times are also much improved. Great job. This is my first review for this app. I still wish we could have the “Request a Refund” service added to the app, which is currently only available via a network browser.
