The Pinnacle of Fast food.
Ive been a signature member for some time now and chick fil a has been an honor to eat at. First of all… the customer service aspect at the store i go to has consistently been amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME. There will always be a couple people that hate working there or are having a bad day BUT they still work to push the friendly demeanor that is the “pleasure” experience. Second is the food Quality. Bro I am just trying to sign in to redeem all my gift cards, and neither the app or website will let me sign in for some reason. Did everything the FAQ troubleshooting answer said and it still says it’s having issues. People all over the Internet have been having this problem with no avail. Glitches and NOT environmentally friendly
When the app isn’t glitching out, it’s okay minus the fact that they keep adding and taking away the option to customize items. That’s problematic because I don’t eat red meat so when I want a cob salad to share with someone else, I want to put the bacon on the side for them but you can’t do that because that’s not an option preset by them and now you can’t write in your customize request. I love the Chick-fil-A app. It’s normally a time saver, but when it glitches, it’s a pain. We’ve been using it since the summer. The first few times it was great. Then strange things would happen. At first, we would place our orders at home & the app would indicate that our order was received & we would get the page with instructions. Has its pros & cons
I like the convenience of being able to place my order on the app. However, there’s some things I don’t like. If you have a gift card, and it’s not enough to cover your meal, they will make you reload the gift card with at least $10. This is a trick so you constantly have to give them more money in a never ending cycle. Say you have a gift card for $5 and your meal is $10, they make you spend $10 to reload the gift card, so you now have $15 on the gift card. I came to leave a review and I realized I’ve been having this problem a lot longer than I thought. This company just flat out refuses to let me change my email address to something I actually use. Don’t bother with this app! It’s horrible!
The app looks pretty at first, but is poorly designed. I downloaded the app & created a profile, only to see that you have to “Add Funds” for Apple ID. It’s not a simple “double click & it’s paid” sort of deal. It’s confusing and not convenient. That would’ve been a 3 or 4 star rating, but I’m giving a 1 because of their Support - which I can’t communicate with! There’s no option in the app to delete an account and when you click “Customer Support” it says there’s a technical issue and they are working on getting it fixed. But it says “In the meantime, you can still order food - whew!” .

My family and I LOVE Chick-fil-A! I use the app more often than any other app on my phone. I’ve been a “red member” since day 3 of downloading it. I only request one change, when ordering curbside, could you add an “other” option for vehicles... I’m a paramedic and have to grab and go sometimes. I purchased food at roughly noon through the app and received a “503 error”. I then went in to the store and paid for my food the old fashion way. About 7 hours later I got a notification saying my food was ready, and my card was charged and my free sandwich reward was used.

As a Team Member, I feel obligated to express some of the thoughts guests express to me about the app, because we run into a lot of problems with it at my CFA. So there are three complaints I have, but at the moment I can only think of 2:
1. When loading money into the app I love that there are different payment/card options. However, I cannot pick anything less than $25 to reload. I would like for the amount to be adjustable to MY personal situation. This review is for mobile ordering only. I have placed 8 mobile orders through the Culpeper and Warranton VA Chik Fil-A’s over he past 3 months. One star! The old app allowed you to stack multiple Chick Fil A gift cards but the new one does not. My local grocery only sells Chick Fil A cards in multiples of $10. Overall it's a great app. Customization of orders are limited. If want lettuce and no tomatoes, you can only do that with the original sandwich while you're not able to remove it from the deluxe version.
