Description

Card game inspired on the similar game within Bethesda's game "FallOut: New Vegas". Main goal is to form 3 rows ('Caravans') of cards with a value between 21 and 26 (either on your side, the opponent's side or both) The player with the highest value in 2 or more Caravans, will win the game. A more detailed tutorial video is available from the Help screen. Cards can be added either values upward or downward on a row (depending on the second card being added). Side-cards (J, Q, K, Joker) have special powers, you can use those to help yourself... or just to obscure your opponent's caravans. These powers are explained within the Help screens and within the tutorial video. You're able to put your own customized deck together, to create your own tactics to play the game. * Note: this app has been inspired by the game within 'FallOut: New Vegas' and created out of love for this game. Bethesda has not been involved into this development and therefore cannot be held responsible for either bugs or deviating game rules within this app.

This game does not work like FNV or by the multiple irl rule lists posted online winning doesn’t make sense because once you sell two caravans bigger than your opponents the game continues although winning conditions have been met and not to mention how horrible it looks and feels I hope this inspires you to make it better because there is currently no other options available

Honestly Great
Super simple, great for quick games when you need to kill 5 minutes. The interface makes it easy to learn and you can speed up the AI when you get better. Honestly just simple fun. I wish there was a “very hard” difficulty, however, sometimes even Hard doesn’t feel too difficult.

It’s pretty much Caravan from New Vegas. What it says on the tin. I’ve enjoyed the game thoroughly, and have played it with others, who have enjoyed it too. Even figured out I’ve been playing it wrong with scoring wins! (It’s supposed to be 2 sold caravans, not all 3!) My only complaint is that multiplayer is basically disabled forever, as the game hasn’t been updated in 9 years, and there’s also no local multiplayer on the same device. still fun to play regardless!!!

I wish I could build my own decks, I also wish jokers on aces worked the right way, I also wish I could use face cards on the cards I want easily. It’s really hard to put it on the right card! I would give it 3-stars as it’s not really the same game totally, but it’s 4 stars because I respect that someone took the time to make a caravan app and I think that’s awesome.

Good fun, needs some fixes.
I love Caravan, always have - probably always will. Most of my friends don’t know how to play it so having this app has been a godsend to help explain how the game is played, additionally gives me something to kill time. Removing ads was a one time purchase and was super cheap as well, so I’m quite grateful for that. Even if I hadn’t removed the ads, they weren’t too intrusive. I have two issues with this app that knock it down from a 5 for me. 1. The multiplayer is broken, it’s been broken since I’ve downloaded the app and I have no idea if this will ever be fixed. I felt like playing some Caravan and I was wondering what would show up if I had looked for Caravan on the app store, then this showed up, which was a big surprise for me. So naturally I downloaded and played the game, which didn’t disappoint, because it plays exactly like it’s instructed in the guide book! Well almost, Joker doesn’t discard all the suits of an ace card like it’s supposed to. It does reflect that originally you weren’t supposed to be able to discard cards in the beginning, which doesn’t show in Fallout: New Vegas when you’re able to discard as many cards as you like instead of

Does not follow original rules
The app itself is clunky, does not have an aesthetically pleasing interface, and crashes with every complete game. The most frustrating part however is that the rules of caravan in FoNV are not followed in regards to the jokers. The joker played on a non face card is supposed to eliminate every non face card of the same numeric value except the one it’s played on. This game eliminates all of them even the one it’s played on. Also noticed that when two queens are played on one card it only reverses order once, or it at least keeps the same suit as the original card the queens are played on.

Either the developer doesn’t know the rules, or s/he fails to implement the rules. Either way, it shouldn’t be that difficult to get it right, since so much effort was made to create the game. 1 star for the failed effort.

Inaccurate Rules
This game has several inconsistencies with the rules in Fallout New Vegas which makes the game unplayable for me. Really disappointed and will be deleting this app. Would love to try again if they fix the rules as I really like playing this game.
