Terrible UX
Can’t name vehicle with more than 12 characters, why? What engineering laziness led to this decision?
Does not support credit card autofill neither Apple Pay. It’s 2026 guys.
Setting time is clunky and unintuitive, choosing a number then a unit is just not natural UX. What is that?
While you try to copy your credit card numbers from your banking App you keep getting 20 notifications telling parking is not completed.. indeed, trying to pay. Was this experience meant to frustrate people?
Took probably 20 times longer with 100 times the frustration than paying by card directly on the machine.

Es lässt sich parken und bezahlen. Jedoch hat es manchmal Mühe mit der automatischen Erkennung des Standortes. Was mich besonders nervt, ist die automatische Erinnerung, dass die Zeit bald abläuft obwohl der Vorgang bereits beendet und abgerechnet wurde. Das geht besser!

Falls beim Einrichten die Telefonnummer nicht gemäss unbekannten Vorgaben eingegeben wird, kann dies nicht korrigiert werden. Es muss ein neuer Account erstellt werden. Dies sollte nicht so sein. Andernfalls muss das Format der Eingabe glasklar dargestellt werden und für die erfasste Nummer eine Bestätigung eingeholt werden

Vole de l’argent
PayByPhone vous facture des surcoûts de parking injustifiés.
Pour un stationnement d’une heure facturé 2 CHF au tarif de la borne, l’application prélève en plus 0,50 CHF de frais.
Sachant que les places de parking ont été financées à l’époque par les contribuables, il est difficile d’accepter qu’en 2026 ce système soit devenu une véritable machine à cash, au détriment de l’intérêt du citoyen.
