My left toe could program a better app

It crashes a lot, it has benefits as far as the back end of reports bjt the UI for valets needs a lot of tweaking

Lots of guests think that text messages can be read by valet, but they can’t. The text doesn’t even go through if it has anything other than the ticket number. Please allow valet to communicate with guests through the app!!!

This app is ruining our lives at the valet. Everything is now twice as slow and the app crashes multiple times per day, logs you out, and is seriously making me consider quitting this job because of management not being willing to cut their losses with this less than worthless app. I hate this app with all my heart and YOU WILL TOO. This app needs an update. It keeps crashing while being logged in register. It also needs to be updated because every time it I would close the app it would log me out. It would also be nice if you can have a quick clear for one button to clear the all the actives after every shift.

You can clearly tell this app wasn’t optimized for anyone other than the contract handler who checks multiple contracts. The lengthy login only makes sense if you have multiple properties. The Valet drivers who ACTUALLY use the app don’t so it serves to delay us during busy times. The automatic logout after inactivity. And the fact that at every location I’ve worked at has their Flash Valet on a tablet which you can clearly tell the app was only made for cellphones.

All of the one star reviews are correct, the random voids and number discrepancies. I am currently on hour 6 of the app being down I have no way to see if guests need their vehicle and they are just now “looking into the issue”

Make it possible to check in all keys at one time instead of checking in each one individually

Like other reviewers mentioned this app is horrible at what it's supposed to do. I have been using it for five years at the time of this writing and it's constantly "reconnecting", I have no idea to what since we've had push technology for a while now. Randomly logs users out and the login process is tedious since it takes much longer than it should. These issues plus the fact that the credit card payment option only works when it feels like it makes the entire app a dumpster fire and puts our perceived performance in a very bad light. This is a complete dumpster fire of an app. I use it for work and all it’s good for is frustrating the valet staff. It lags all the time, logs you off randomly, they don’t update it as much as they should, it doesn’t seem to play well with new devices. I wish my company would have tossed it a few weeks after we started using it. We requested it to be able to sort by room number and the guy helping us asked why we need to sort by room number. We work at a hotel. A HOTEL! Everything is sorted by name or room number! Get something else.

Everything that the first review says is 100% true. You should be able to be logged in for an extended period of time. To have to log in nearly every time I need to bend or toggle my gates is incredibly inconvenient. And the sound it makes randomly is obnoxious. It’s like a robotic fart, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason for it. I know asking for any tech support from flash is like pulling teeth, but Please fix these issues with an update!

The app crashes constantly or is lagging. It’s more of a pain then it is helpful.

This app needs an update it’s shameful that they have so many contracts and can’t keep it updated.

Constantly freezes, voids tickets randomly, messes up number sequence and like the headline reads: absolute garbage. I have to use this app for work and it makes my workday 10 times harder than it has to be. Would give zero stars if that was an option!!!!

I have to use this app for my job and it makes me want to blow my brains out. It constantly logs me off and freezes and voids out tickets. Also the is a very obnoxious noise that plays and you can only turn it off if you turn the volume off on your phone. I have an 11 pro max and I still have these problems.

Works great unless you have an iPhone X or newer. The “0” doesn’t show up so if you have a 0 in your passcode you’re SOL on validating tickets. Needs an IOS update I assume. Last update was 4 months ago. Yikes.

Apparently you need to create an account on your computer at home before you leave... which makes this app useless for retrieving your car when you’ve parked somewhere no where near your home computer...

Put in an update to not have the sound play at all, it’s obnoxious and annoying and I shouldn’t have to keep turning the volume up and down when I’m going from the app to another app

Great app, use this for work daily just wish it had support for iPhone X or iPhone 8 Plus screen size. Only works with smaller screen Devices. Ipad the app is shrunken down and you are forced to “zoom” the whole display. Other than that I am very happy with flash.

I’ve been using flash for a while now and I have to say that there’s nothing else out there for valet operators! The limits are almost endless. From the text to valet to keeping track of long term guest’s cars and visiting guest’s car it’s super simple and easy to configure! I would recommend FlashValet for any big hotel valet operations!!!!
