I have a hard time navigating the event but this app makes it easy. I also really enjoy the bot. There are some bugs but it's okay

Enjoyed the app last year but this year it stepped up a notch! Easy to use and enhanced my experience at SXSW. Can't wait to see what they come up with next year.

This app has everything (awesome) but it is organized in a horrible way. I'm lost in the app all the time, syncing doesn't work with the desktop and isn't a great "onsite" companion. When searching for sessions I want to know what is coming up, and what may interest me. I don't care about what happened or what is ending (makes me sad if I missed something). Geolocation was a huge miss and it didn't work; It could have been amazing.

Such a convenient way to keep my schedule sorted!

Would really like to send feedback, app won't let me. Would really like to link my badge to the app, it won't let me and just shuts down. The "Sync" mode doesn't work either! C'mon, get it together!

this app was easy to navigate and provided clear and helpful info throughout the event.

This app was not very good from either the phone or ipad when it came to the schedule.It was difficult to navigate and get all the information in one go. The booklet was easier to navigate.

I have to open the app a couple of times before it actually works. Ad takes way too much space. Filters don't work in schedule. Maps work well and having the full schedule in my pocket was really useful. Please remove the ad, you could replace it by a full screen ad in the splash page maybe?

I paid a ton of money for my interactive ticket and you guys stuffed a HUGE ad in the app. Greedy. The app is slow, terribly organized, hard to scroll because of the ad, it crashes a lot, the map shows me the entire globe, the mapping feature itself doesn't work...

Love how user friendly and visually appealing this app was. So helpful to navigate SXSW and everything going on.

Sxsw is overwhelming. This app does a great job of helping make sense of acts, venues and times!
