Description
MyChart pone su información de salud en la palma de la mano y le ayuda a manejar los cuidados de usted y de los miembros de su familia. Con MyChart, se puede:
• Comunicarse con su equipo de atención.
• Revisar los resultados de exámenes, el historial de vacunas, y otra información sobre la salud.
• Conectar su cuenta con Apple Health para extraer sus datos de salud de sus dispositivos personales directamente a MyChart.
• Ver su resumen de la visita para las visitas y estancias hospitalarias pasadas, junto con cualquier nota clínica, escrita y compartida con usted por su proveedor.
• Hacer y manejar citas, incluso las visitas en persona y las visitas de video.
• Conseguir presupuestos de precio para el costo de cuidado.
• Ver y pagar sus facturas médicas.
• Compartir su expediente médico de forma segura desde cualquier sitio con cualquiera que tenga acceso a internet.
