The app is great overall. Hersheypark did a great job, this app allows you to see where everything is on the map, and when things close. I love looking up where restaurants are and what they serve, that way you know what to order ahead of time. The app also allows you to see information such as speed, and hight qualifications before arriving to the ride. The map also gives directions, also functioning as a gps. I came here with my family in August, and I want to go back so so so bad. It was so very fun. We never wanted to leave! The food was so good, and there was so much variety, every member of the family could enjoy. There’s also a great variety of rides. There are many dare devil rides, but also kid friendly rides. Everything about this app is only good in theory. It is highly inaccurate when calculating wait times, when it lists them at all! This is the main reason we go to this app. Hershey Park is on most days, very very crowded. Long lines for everything… we waited in line for 40 minutes for one cheeseburger at the boardwalk. Growing up going to Six Flags New England, I did not realize Hershey park is so big! Loved it! Love your map app with helpful directions and ways to search for what you are looking for. I love that your waterpark is a great size and isn’t extra money, which is absurd and greedy (Six Flags!). Even their zoo isn’t extra money, and an added bonus. I’m a season pass holder and would love to see a few things added to the app to make it more useful. I have the 2x a day meal plan and all day drink plan. It would be super helpful for a spot to show when I can get my next meal/drink or a count down timer. I have been a couple minutes early and have had to wait after standing in long lines just to get my food. The ride estimations could also use some work as I noticed they are not accurate. All in all, this is a good app. It’s intuitive, simple, easy to find your tickets, fast passes, etc. The map is very good. It has filters to allow you to view just what you’re looking for. And when you’re in the park it will give you directions from where you are to a different attraction.
The app allows you to create multiple favorites lists. I have two lists, rides and food. This is where the app breaks down. When you’re planning, there is no way to filter the map to show your favorites list

We love coming to Hershey Park because we feel you get a little of 3 parks: water park, amusement park and Zoo America. There’s also Chocolate World just out side the park too. It’s nice to be able to see the map and sort rides by proximity and wait times… except the wait times are often way off. Rides with no lines may show a 15-20 min wait. The app will show rides closed that are clearly open; then some show as open but are closed.
Also would be nice if when the ride closes WHILE you’re standing in line, if some explanation could be provided. None of the workers ever bother to even tell people in line that the ride is closed. Then when the customers finally figure o

Our family spent over 1600$ to come from New York to enjoy our first family vacation together in over three years. We were able to ride 4 rides total over our 24 hours due to the MASSIVE amount of people they allow in all at once. They have absolutely no crowd control! It was absolutely awful. It took me 48 minutes to wait on a line to claim my 2 souvenir cups for my boys to have. Once I made it to the cashier it took the employee and 2 other managers another 20 minutes to give me the cups due to issues with the systems. This is unacceptable! I spent over an hour as of 11:15 am to claim these cups. Then to top it all off 6 times that we tried to refill their cups the machines were dispensing seltzer water! So I spent 20 minutes looking for an employee to notify them on what’s going on

Since we are from Orlando and have been to Disney multiple time the only complaint I would have would be not maximizing the ride capacity. Especially with some of the wait times. If there were 2 or 3 seats available for a ride no one asked for a party of 2 or 3. Everyone was nice but some employees were not interested in customer service. While the map feature is great, the pass members portal is absolutely useless, and the least user friendly app I have ever used. If you want to check your season perks, or check into your season pass portal, you open the app, go under tickets, click “season pass log in,” then log in. Once inside the season pass portal, if you check perks, which there is never anything there, and then you want to go anywhere else under the season pass portal, and you have to log in again. This app seems to do the basic job and didn’t suffer from any crashes or any major problems like that. It has the park map, a list of all attractions, food spots, etc, and the directions and park navigation feature is nice.
On the other hand, there were several things I felt were lacking within minutes of using it. Hershey Park is great! But the app needs some attention.
1) while the interactive map is nice, I cannot tap on something to see its details. I have to leave the map, go hunt it do
