Decimal Time Converter will convert hours and minutes to decimals, and vice versa. The beauty of this app is in its simplicity: it's QUICK and SLICK! There are no confusing keypads - you don't even have to press a SUBMIT button! Simply input your value using the slot machine style spinners and the conversions are instantly displayed! Decimal Time Converter is the perfect tool for anyone billing for their time, or anyone else who needs to instantly convert minutes to decimals! Input values can be entered as hours:minutes, decimals, or just minutes, by selecting the input mode at the top of the screen. All conversions are displayed instantly in the lower half of the screen.
