Zustelloption verschwunden
Verbesserung? Wo? Die Zustelloption wird plötzlich nicht mehr angezeigt. Abstellgenehmigung wurde erteilt. Nicht mehr sichtbar. Funktionierte in der Praxis leider oft auch nicht. Weiterhin eine unhandliche und umständliche App. Das können andere Versanddienstleister besser! Mir graust jedes Mal, wenn ein Paket mit UPS kommt und ich meist nicht zuhause bin.

Paketverfolgung
Es wäre wünschenswert die Stationen zu sehen wo sich das Auslieferungsfahrzeug gerade befindet und wie viele Stopps noch bis zum Ziel sind. Ebenso fehlt eine E-Mail Benachrichtigung, dass das Fahrzeug auf dem Weg zum Abgabeort ist. Nur durch gezieltes Nachschauen erfährt man den aktuellen Auslieferungsstand

Ersatzweise Filialzustellung in der App nicht nachvollziehbae
Leider wird in der App die ersatzweise Zustellung in eine Filiale nur als erfolgreiche Zustellung dokumentiert. Die Filiale in der das Paket liegt erfährt man erst, wenn man die Sendungsnummer auf der UPS Homepage über einen Browser eingiebt.

Die UPS App hat sich in den letzten Updates wirklich extrem verbessert! Das neue Design wirkt modern, hochwertig und sehr übersichtlich. App kann fast nix
Unabhängig vom Paketdienst ist die App einfach nicht gut und voller Fehler. Man soll sich anmelden, obwohl man schon angemeldet ist, Paketumleitung funktioniert nicht, die Fehlermeldung lautet immer generisch „technische Probleme“ (auch wenn man einfach nur den falschen Barcode gescannt hat), es werden keine UPS Standorte gefunden (also überhaupt keine, nirgends), … das sind nur die Probleme mit der App, die mir heute aufgefallen sind.
Immerhin, wenn man mal eine Paketnummer eingegeben hat und die auch gefunden wurde, dann kann man nachsehen, wo die Sendung gerade ist. Muss man aber auch aktiv

Zustellung auch mal schwierig
Trotz Info an UPS und roten Infozettel an der Klingel, “bitte das Paket an genannten Nachbarn abgeben, dieser ist auch unterschriftsberechtig“. Wurde das Paket wieder mitgenommen und nicht ausgehändigt. Obwohl es extra eine wichtige Samstag-Zustellung gewesen wäre. Nach weiteren drei Tagen ist das Paket noch immer unterwegs. Wenn man also nicht wirklich persönlich zu Hause ist, klappt die Zustellung mit UPS nicht wirklich gut.
Ansonsten gibt es jetzt auch keine Probleme.

Man fragt sich, warum man Ablageorte hinterlegen soll, wenn sich sowieso keiner dran hält. Liefergeschwindigkeit ist rekordverdächtig, aber die Kommunikation hat starkes Verbesserungspotenzial. In der App hat einer versucht Englisch 1:1 in Deutsch zu übersetzen. Das sollte mal ein Anwender überarbeiten.

Nicht nachvollziehbar
Paket sollte Mittwochs zugestellt werden. Der Zusteller war auch da und legte ein Zettel in den Briefkasten. ( Zustellung nicht möglich da niemand anwesend. Nächste Anlieferung am nächsten Tag zwischen 12-16 Uhr)

Schelecte Service, schlechte Lieferung
Ich habe vor kurzem erstmal angemeldet. Habe ich alles ausgefüllt and Tracknummer meine Packungen aufgeschrieben. Ich wollte als in alle normale Lieferung Services neu Ablageort wählen, weil ich nicht so oft zu Hause bin, aber hierfür war eine zusätzliche Registrierung erforderlich, und als ich einfach meine Adresse eingab, erhielt ich ständig eine Fehlermeldung.

Die Lieferzeiten, die einem geschickt werden passen von vorne bis hinten nicht zusammen und man kann sich absolut nicht darauf verlassen. Am eigentlichen Tag habe ich mein Packet verpasst, daraufhin wurde mir der nächste Liefertermin überhaupt nicht mitgeteilt.

Viel zu kompliziertes Interface
Nutzerfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus: Für den Zugriff auf Sendungen muss zwangsläufig UPS MyChoice registriert werden. Der Prozess allein läuft nicht zuverlässig ab, da der Code bei der Mail Verifizierung als ungültig deklariert wird, obwohl er dennoch funktionierte.
Im weiteren Verlauf tat ich dies, um eine wichtige Sendung auf einen Wunschtag zu legen, der mir von UPS auch angeboten wurde nur, damit dieses Unternehmen, danach doch eigenwillig einen eigenen, späteren Termin bestimmt, der für mich mit Umständen verbunden ist.
Hier sind nahezu alle für mich als Kunde mit Lieferung just in time
