Drivers safely and confidently reach their everyday destinations thanks to Waze map’s GPS navigation, live traffic updates, real-time safety alerts (including roadworks, accidents, crashes, police, potholes and more) and accurate ETAs. Not good for long trips
This app never met my needs, long routes that require a ferry aren't shown instead shows extremely long distances even though I allowed ferries. Neither alternative routes, that's ridiculous for such a high rated application. An option to add stops is useless, still avoids ferries, the time of arrival is longer. What it needs is a simple option to chose the route you want,.I have been trying to use it for years, it never helped me.

Best GPS one can use
I had been using tomtom with live traffic for a few years before I switched to waze. I thought that it was great since it always managed to get me to my destination before anyone else, however, since I switched to waze I never looked back. It is very easy to use especially with the calendar integration. Traffic management is great since it is also updated by users. It's only missing one thing, CARPLAY :( It would have been perfect otherwise.

Navigation is good and 99% accurate (sometimes maps not fully updated but that's normal with GPS Navis) re-routing feature based on live traffic info is excellent, saved me alot of time in peak hours using side roads to skip traffic. Little bit battery draining if used for long trips but that's acceptable given the benefits. Overall a solid GPS expirience.

I loved this app since the beginning...almost 5 years ago. Recommended it many many times. Helpful and useful as navigation, finding places and saving time and fuel. Two additional features would make it even better: integration with Siri maybe to search inside even when the app is closed and to identify speed by asking Siri and another suggestion could be to have it show on lock screen of iOS even when device is locked. I loved the voice of Terminator as I'm a fan, even if sometimes it was a bit hard to understand ;-) Thank you for all the hard and great work.
