I have the Pro version. Had to In-App purchase the P2P and Cable support. But I can’t Restore Purchase. There’s a button to Cancel and a button to Buy, but nothing to restore a previously made purchase. No email channel to report issues to the developer.

I did all the troubleshooting, it doesn’t connect, it’s a bad app, it just wants to upgrade to a usb connection… which is weird because then it would NOT be a wireless mouse and doesn’t seem like an upgrade unless they know it doesn’t work and sheer frustration makes a usb connection seem like an upgrade because maybe it works if you pay a bit more. It's very effective at connecting to your pc. I installed the app, installed the program on my pc, and it automatically connects (no configurations with ip). It had already been running and moving my mouse right after install. Tried 4 other similar apps, this one is the easiest to use, with less issues.

Volume doesn’t work.
I like pretty much all the app except the volume will not turn it up. It does one step up, then nothing. If you turn Mac volume down one notch, the volume will only go up one notch and then quits working. So simple, why don’t you get this fixed. I’m clearly not the only one experiencing this bug.

Agravating at times.
I thought I’d take write a review while I waited for the mouse to catch-up with the commands I have been trying to give it for the last 15 minutes. When I first bought the app everything worked fine. Now I find that it stops working out of nowhere, especially when I get all snuggled into bed, which means I have to get up and go to the laptop, reopen the app, and restart the mouse. This happens about 3-4 times a week. Finicky and doesn’t work
The whole reason I downloaded the app was to have volume control on netflix on my iMac. The volume controls don’t work. When I enable the phone volume buttons to control computer volume, it will only control one direction (ie. you can turn it up as loud as you want but can only go down 1-2 levels or vice versa). If I disable the phone buttons, the only menu on the app that controls the volume is the music one, so if I switch to that menu to access the volume, it takes me out of Netflix and into QuickTime every time I try. All the menus are finicky and only a few buttons work on each- the rest
