No hay servicio, no se puede usar la aplicación por más que uno vaya a preguntas frecuentes e intente llenar los datos, siempre sale todo fallido Pésima app

I bought tickets to the festival at the door, was required to download this nonsense and still needed to wait an extra 30 minutes because it didn’t work even though I had already paid them face to face. Now it won’t accept my international card so I had a friend in Colombia purchase a ticket at their office and it has yet to appear in the app and I have no hope of having it by showtime. Absolute trash.

This app must have been made by the most uneducated developers ever. The other comments you see are all true.

Frustrating experience using this App

The app is terrible, never works, you will loose HOURS trying to get your tickets. It’s the worst app I’ve ever dealt with. HORRIBLE

No funciona literalmente

Basura Idiotaboleta Pass te obliga a crear una cuenta en su sitio web para comprar entradas. Para acceder boletas, te obligan a descargar la aplicación y CREAR OTRA CUENTA. Que idiotes es esta? Y cuando quires abrir la aplicación te da el mensaje: “Oops. Jail broken.” Mediocre Tuboleta Pass. TRASH. DON’T USE. You are forced to create an account on their website to purchase a ticket. To access the tickets you are forced to download de app AND CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT. And when you open the app: “Oops, Jail Broken / Rooted Device”. Can’t get any more mediocre than that.

Increíble que deba tenerla una para usar las boletas que ya compró, se bloquea, no permite el ingreso a más de un dispositivo de la misma persona y para desbloquear el acceso es terrible, debes llamar para que luego de 55+ minutos te atienda alguien que te lleve a la página web para hacer el proceso. Pésima experiencia siempre con tuboleta.

No pude iniciar la aplicación porque dice la aplicación que “Ya tengo sesión en otro despositivo” aunque no tengo otro dispositivo con este aplicación. Compré tiquetes para Maluma pero no pude entrar para verlos. El servicio al cliente no responde. Horrible

I bought tickets on the website. They never appeared on the app. What use is this if I have to go get the physical ticket somewhere.

Unable to see my tickets in the app. Using same login credentials than the website it allows to login in the app but tickets are no where to be found. Unable to purchase too… no support within the app or website. Terrible!

Same as others, bought tickets on app then when we got to the event it wouldn’t let us login. Spent over 30 min with customer service trying to load our tickets. I would highly recommend not using this app, and just buying the physical tickets, multiple people at the event were having the same problem as us.

Terrible app, don’t use it.

I change my phone, and the app doesn’t allow to enter with the same credentials. The app wants to un-logging from a previous phone or call contact center… without phone number or any way to reset

Desde que compré las boletas me llegaron a la aplicación perfectamente y transferí a mi familia fácilmente y de manera segura. Importante que los que reciban las boletas estén registrados y con el app en sus teléfonos ya instalada. Cuando llegué al estadio la lectura fue rápida y disfruté sin demoras las experiencias y comida antes del evento. Super útil para los eventos. Ojalá sigan incluyendo más servicios dentro del app.

Using the same email and password as their web platform I am unable to sign into the app. Getting error that account doesn’t exist, but I can login on my computer no problem.

No deja ingresar con el login de tu boleta.com. Hablé con servicio al cliente y toca crear el usuario nuevamente desde cero en el app. Deberían corregir eso!

Pongo mi correo y mi contraseña y me envía un error. ^FETCH CONFIG FAILED please retry again^ Que horror! Hoy es el día del evento y estoy necesitando mi ticket !! Nunca cargó la app, me comunique con el chat de servicio al cliente y no hay asistencia, escribo y nadie me responde. llame al número de contacto y no funciona ese número 601 593 6300 o # 593 y ninguno sirve. Pésimo servicio en todos sus canales ni por la página, ni por la app, ni por el chat, ni por el número de llamadas; 0 guía 0 atención 0 facilidad de uso 0 experiencia de usuario 0 calidad 0 practicidad. QUE SE SUPONE QUE HAGA

El app no corre bien, no funciona

Estoy intentando entrar con mi usuario y contraseña de Tuboleta y me dice y que cuenta no existe… Acaso está app no es lo mismo que TuBoleta? No tienen sentido tener que hacer otro usuario para la misma pagina/app. 1 estrella pero si pudiera les diera 0.
