• In‑app customer chat: The customer chat now opens directly in the app. • Redesigned transfer card: A cleaner, smoother design for improved transfer overview • Excursion pick‑up point map: Easily view your booked excursion pick‑up point on a map. In‑app customer chat: You can now chat with our support team without leaving the app.

• Logged-in users can directly enter a search from their personal vouchers in the profile —making it easier to book trips and catch a good deal. • Our contact page now includes a new chat feature with opening hours, clearly marked with a green dot when open. Phone support hours are also visible in the same way. During your trip, you can quickly access “Help & Contact” from your vacation board to reach your local representative via chat or phone. • You can now view your hotel address directly on the schedule cards at the top of your vacation board. • We’ve fixed bugs and improved accessibility, as well as notification performance for a smoother experience.

Easier Access to Your Flight Details If you're flying charter, you can now access online check-in and your boarding pass directly from your flight card in the app – no more print paper. Upgrade Your Hotel Meal Package You can now easily upgrade your hotel meal package and tailor your holiday to your preferences. More Information About Your Room You’ll now see detailed information about the number and types of beds included in your booking — so you know exactly what to expect before you arrive. Accessibility & Performance Improvements This update also includes minor bug fixes for a smoother experience and enhanced screen reader support to improve accessibility

On the Top, you have faster access to change or add add-ons directly in the App. Smarter Payment Options We only show payment methods that apply to your specific journey. New Checkout Page Design Enjoy a cleaner and more structured price overview, giving you complete clarity about what you're ordering before you confirm. Homescreen Widget Jump straight to the content that matters - like your booked trip - right from your iOS homescreen. General Improvements We’ve fixed minor bugs and made performance tweaks to keep everything running smoothly.
