We all have a different energy profile, it is our ability to do physical activity and it depends on physiological parameters (age, weight, height, maximum and minimum heart rate, oxygenation rate) and your training daily. Staying in shape, losing weight, reducing breathing, sleeping or musculoskeletal (MSD) disorders are the health objectives on which Alix supports you. Alix will generate a tailor-made and unique physical activity program for you, adapted to your objective, your energy profile and your progress assessed over the sessions. Alix connects very simply to different biometric sensors: ring, bracelet, watch, mattress, t-shirt, bra to adapt each physical activity session to your current needs. All the integrated sensors are certified for each health objective: sleep, weight, fit, breathing and TMS and allow you to fully monitor your training. Alix guides and accompanies you through every phase of the session: warm-up, exercises, stretching. And Alix also offers walking sessions! Alix has more than 1000 types of exercises qualified by health professionals and high-level sports training specialists. Alix's algorithm and the calculation of your energy profile have been validated by the BillaTraining team, a research laboratory headed by Professor Véronique Billat, a physiologist specializing in the training of high-level athletes for over 30 years. Thanks to Alix, you keep your motivation by continuously viewing your heart rate directly on the screen during the session and by following your progress in your history. Alix comes from the European e-health research program carried out from 2016 to 2019 and focusing on chronic respiratory diseases. The Alix service has been developed by Beo Healthcare since 2020. Alix is part of a global approach to combat sedentary lifestyle and inactivity.
